Does Kennedy want a pro-wellness USPSTF?
This anti-establishment sentiment is even reflected in the title of Kennedy’s planned ad campaign: “Take Back Your Health.” The “partnerships with health stores and wellness centers” that are planned to be promoted in the campaign will clearly benefit people close to Kennedy, if not Kennedy himself.

A few days ago, Kennedy cancelled a scheduled meeting of the US Preventive Services Task Force, an indispensible source of guidance for every general practitioner in the US and globally. Recommendations from fire safety reminders to cancer screening are carefully developed and continuously reassessed as new data emerges.
But what you will not find on the list of things recommended by USPSTF for us to stay... yes, well, is wellness products.
While attacking vaccines offers one enrichment opportunity (more on this soon), Kennedy is pursuing another big one: the wellness industry. More specifically, he is aligning with a particularly aggressive faction that may be referred to as “anti-establishment wellness.” For example, one player in this industry is called The Wellness Company (TWC), supplying things like "spike support" supplements (described by CNN as "nonsense") for those people who think they are harmed by spike protein remaining in their body from COVID-19 vaccination. The company's stated business goal is to create a “parallel economy” with their own network of doctors.
In a famous tweet in October 2024, Kennedy declared, “FDA’s war on public health is about to end. This includes its aggressive suppression of psychedelics, peptides, stem cells, raw milk, hyperbaric therapies, chelating compounds, ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, vitamins, clean foods, sunshine, exercise, nutraceuticals and anything else that advances human health and can't be patented by Pharma. If you work for the FDA and are part of this corrupt system, I have two messages for you: 1. Preserve your records, and 2. Pack your bags.”
This message was enthusiastically received by the wellness industry.
Kennedy trademarked the MAHA name before transferring the trademark to an entity, MAHA Worldwide, owned by his long-time associate, Del Bigtree.
In his current role, Kennedy is planning an advertising campaign that will promote “partnerships with … health stores and wellness centers.”
Calley Means promoted “functional medicine” programs consisting of “more blood tests” in his public remarks. As a “special government employee,” he was allowed to keep his day job running a wellness company while working at the White House.
Peter McCullough, a long-time friend and colleague of Kennedy, is serving as Chief Scientific Officer of The Wellness Company mentioned above.
Mark Hyman, another close friend of Kennedy's, owns Function Health, a wellness company offering extensive blood testing and supplements. Kennedy promoted Hyman and his book in a recent press conference.
Ben Edwards, who was praised by Kennedy for his management of the measles crisis in Texas, is described as building a “global wellness platform.”
This anti-establishment sentiment is even reflected in the title of Kennedy’s planned ad campaign: “Take Back Your Health.” The “partnerships with health stores and wellness centers” that are planned to be promoted in the campaign will clearly benefit the above and other stakeholders close to Kennedy, if not Kennedy himself.
